Faye Wireman

Faye Wireman, 62, died at 8:30 p.m. Sept. 30, 2009, at her residence.
She was born May 14, 1947, in Garrett, Ky., to Sidney and America Cox Slone, who preceded her in death. On May 15, 1965, she married Gary Lee Wireman, who died Aug. 9, 2008.
Mrs. Wireman was a cashier at Wendy’s on Harding Highway in Lima. She was a 1965 graduate of Lafayette-Jackson High School.
Survivors include two sons, Duane (Wendy) Wireman, of Ada, and Brent (Amy) Wireman, of Lima; two daughters, Diana (Tim Woten) Bailey, of Alger, and Shanon (Ronnie) Harsh, of Harrod; three brothers, Ervin L. Slone, of Harrod, Delbert R. (Lou) Slone, of Waynesfield, and David L. (Carrie) Slone, of Lafayette; and 10 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Phillip M. Slone.
Services will begin at 11 a.m. Monday at Auglaize United Baptist Church, Maysville. Pastor Ezra Moore will officiate. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery, Alger.
Friends may call from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Alger, and one hour prior to services Monday at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family or St. Rita’s Hospice, Lima.
