Wilma E. Welker, 72, died the evening of Oct. 9, 2008, at her residence in a house fire.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert. The Rev. Steve Haskin will officiate. Burial will be at a later date.
There is no visitation.
Memorial contributions may be made to Community Health Professionals Hospice or Visiting Nurses.
