Otis R. Chilcoat, 40, of Paducah, Ky., formerly of Van Wert and Wapakoneta, died at 6:13 p.m. Oct. 2, 2008, at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah, from injuries suffered when the all-terrain vehicle he was driving struck a tree.
Services will begin at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Friends may call from noon until time of services Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
