Debra D. Roehm, 51, died at 4:25 a.m. Nov. 15, 2009, at Van Wert County Hospital.
Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Redeemer Lutheran Church, Convoy. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The Rev. Michael Saylor will officiate.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert, and 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
