Kiyana Shantel Thompson, 26, died at 1 p.m. May 15, 2008, at St. Rita's Medical Center.
Memorial services will begin at 3 p.m. Sunday at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. Wanda Werking will officiate.
Friends may call from 1 p.m. until time of services Sunday at the funeral home.
