Thomas J. “Tom” Reynolds, 68, died at 7:27 a.m. Dec. 21, 2009, at his residence.

He was born June 21, 1941, in Kalida to Thomas B. and Edith Carder Reynolds, who preceded him in death. On Jan. 22, 1971, he married Linda Radabaugh, who survives in Kalida.

Mr. Reynolds retired from Phillips Electronics, Ottawa. He was an Army veteran serving during the Vietnam War. He was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 2234 and a former member of American Legion Post 63, both in Ottawa.

Survivors also include two sons, Chris Reynolds, of Grove City, and Robert (Julie) Reynolds, of Miller City; six grandchildren, Dominic Logan, Danielle, Devin and Daylee Reynolds and Brandon and Dylon Reynolds; and a sister, Nancy (John) Vetter, of Ottoville.

He was preceded in death by a grandson, Austin Reynolds.

Services will begin at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Love Funeral Home, Ottawa. Father Charles Obinwa will officiate. Burial will be in Union Township Cemetery, Kalida, with military rites by American Legion Post 63 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9142.

Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today and 11 a.m. until time of services Wednesday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
