Dale L. Gibbs Jr., 61, of 805 S. Metcalf St., found guilty of three counts of unlawful sexual conduct of a minor. Sentence: two years on each count, consecutive.

Duane E. Williams Jr., 20, of 200 W. McKibben St., found guilty of attempted burglary. Sentence: three years probation, eight days jail.

Chad A. Halsell, 21, of 1820 W. Wayne St., found guilty of two counts of trafficking in heroin. Sentence: four years community control, license suspended six months, pay $160 restitution to the local drug task force.

Amanda M. Cope, 24, in prison, found guilty of illegal processing of drug document and deception to obtain a dangerous drug. Sentence: six months prison on each count, consecutive, and consecutive to Auglaize County sentence, license suspended six months.
