Betty and Paul Richardson

HARROD — Mr. and Mrs. Paul Richardson Sr., of Harrod, celebrated 70 years of marriage Feb. 2, 2012. A family gathering will be held to celebrate their anniversary.
Richardson and the former Betty Jean Rose were married Feb. 2, 1942, at home, by the Rev. Melvin Wentz.
They are the parents of two sons, Gary (Deb) Richardson, of Harrod and Paul (Mary Jane) Richardson Jr., of Alger; and one daughter, Diana (Jon) Rex, of Harrod. They have nine grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
Richardson is retired from farming. His wife is a homemaker.
