David B. Radebaugh

Cloverdale

David B. Radebaugh, 56, died at 6:45 a.m. Oct. 23, 2009, at Putnam County Ambulatory Care Center, Glandorf.

He was born Feb. 16, 1953, in Findlay to Loren “Bud” and Dortha Sutter Radebaugh, who preceded him in death. On Sept. 21, 1974, he married Mary Jo Kamphaus, who survives in Cloverdale.

Mr. Radebaugh had worked at Philips ECG, Ottawa, for 25 years, and at Safe Turf, Delphos. He was a member of Pandora United Methodist Church. He enjoyed being with family and friends, playing cards and watching the St. Louis Cardinals and Oakland Raiders.

Survivors also include a brother, Daniel R. (Cindy) Radebaugh, of Pandora; his father-in-law, Urban D. Boecker, of Cloverdale; two sisters-in-law, Marilyn (Mark) Potthoff and Madonna Kamphaus, both of Glandorf; two nephews, Brandon Radebaugh, of Pandora, and Joseph Potthoff, of Glandorf; and a niece, Mary Beth Potthoff, of Glandorf.

Services will begin at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Love-Heitmeyer Funeral Home, Jackson Township. Father Roger Bonifas will officiate. Burial will be in St. Barbara Cemetery, Cloverdale.

Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday and one hour prior to services Tuesday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
