Master nail professional joins Finishing Touch

Jill Brinkman, master nail professional, has joined Finishing Touch Salon, located at 302 Kiracofe (state Route 309) in Elida. Brinkman is the former owner of Jill’s Personal Touch of Lima, and was previously employed by Charles Penzone Spas of Columbus. Brinkman has 28 years experience, and provides full nail care services, including the new shellac system.
