Police should watch traffic more closely

The Allen County Sheriff's Office, the Ohio State Highway Patrol or whoever's jurisdiction it is should have more surveillance on Edgewood, Cable and Elida roads, near the Lima Mall. Stricter enforcement could increase the intake of speeding tickets.

I think a lot of them are students from the University of Northwestern Ohio, and they must take their enthusiasm for racing out of the classroom. The only way to get their attention is by hitting them or their parents where it hurts: in the pocketbook.
