Columbus Grove
Dane Benjamin Nelson, 35, of Chagrin Falls, formerly of Columbus Grove, died Nov. 30, 2008.
His mother and stepfather, Joyce and Dennis Seyer, survive. He married Michele Hull, who survives.
Mr. Nelson was the director executive chef for the Cleveland Browns. He was a beloved husband, cherished father and a loving son and brother.
Survivors also include two sons, Luke Nelson and Ethan Nelson; his father- and mother-in-law, Eric and Hedy Hull; a brother, Nathan (Dana) Nelson; four brothers- and sisters-in-law, Eric Hull, Dawn Hull, Teri (Phil) Wilson and Jeri (Sara) Hull; a stepbrother, Lance (Shannon) Seyer; and a stepsister, Shannon Seyer.
Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at Holy Angels Church, Bainbridge Township. Graveside services will begin at 1 p.m. Friday in St. Anthony Cemetery, Columbus Grove.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the church and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at Hartman Sons Funeral Home, Columbus Grove.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve or the Cleveland Browns Children's Foundation.
Arrangements are by Steinbauer Funeral Home, Solon.
