Gary G. Nash, 64, died Dec. 8, 2009, at his residence.
He was born June 29, 1945, in Norwood to Harold F. and Marjorie Rowland Nash, who preceded him in death.
Mr. Nash was a graduate of Norwood High School. He was an Army veteran serving as a radio operator, serving in Korea during the Vietnam War. He had been a member of the Norwood American Legion. He retired as a security guard from Minster Machine Co. and from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, where he worked 26 years at the St. Marys Fish Hatchery. He was a member of Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 1473, Celina.
Survivors include a daughter, Sarah (fiancé Cale Seitz) Nash, of Montezuma; a son, Steven Nash, of Celina; and two brothers, Don (Paula) Nash, of Huntsville, and Allan (Liz) Nash, of California.
Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina. The Rev. Kevin Neumann will officiate. Burial of the cremains will be at a later date in Burdge Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
