Kole Mathew Atkins, 11 months, died Jan. 16, 2009, at Children's Medical Center, Dayton.
Services will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday at First United Church of Christ, New Knoxville. The Rev. David Williams will officiate. Burial will be in Pilger Ruhe Cemetery.
Friends may cal from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the Heritage Room of the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to Ronald McDonald House at Children's Medical Center, Dayton.
Arrangements are by Vornholt-Miller Funeral Home, New Knoxville.
Condolences may be expressed at millerfuneralhomes.net.
