Locos sweep Steam

CINCINNATI - The Lima Locos swept the host Cincinnati Steam on Thursday, winning 9-0 and 5-1.
Derek Vernadore got the win in the opener to improve to 3-0 for the Locos (13-3). Anthony Toth doubled twice while Tristan Moore was 3-for-3 with a double. Troy Snitker and Chris Sosebee each doubled while J.D. Ashbrook tripled.
Chris Rahrick got the win in the nightcap while Toth slapped another double. Kent Myer, Ryan Bridges and Eric Charles also doubled. Danny Jones roped a triple.
