Kathleen Leugers, 44, died at 5:35 p.m. Dec. 23, 2009, at Triumph Hospital, Lima.
She was born Feb. 22, 1965, in Morristown, N.J., to Robert and Teresa Aiossa Jack, who survive in Lillian, Ala. On Jan. 12, 1985, she married William “Bill” Leugers.
Mrs. Leugers had been a prep cook at Olive Garden Italian Restaurant.
Survivors also include a daughter, Nichole (Cody) Hutchinson, of Columbus; and two sisters, Lisa (David) Schosker, of Switzerland, and Barb (Bob) Herrera, of Lima.
Services will begin at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Chiles-Laman Funeral Homes, Shawnee Chapel. Father Joy Poonoly will officiate.
Friends may call from 1 to 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. until time of services Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society Foundation.
