Talon Scott Lee, 3, died at 3:27 p.m. Feb. 2, 2012, at St. Rita's Medical Center.
He was born April 16, 2008, in Lima to Scott Flynn and Rebecca Lee, who survive in Cridersville.
Talon was a miracle baby. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Wapakoneta. He always had a smile and touched everyone he met. He made the world a better place and was an inspiration to all.
Survivors also include a brother, Cian Lee, at home; grandparents, Rosie Lee and Tom (Bev) Lee, both of Wapakoneta, Cher (Bill) White, of St. Marys, and Mike (Wendy) Flynn, of New Bremen; great-grandmother, Ruth Lee, of Wapakoneta; aunts and uncles, Toby (Kelli) Lee and Jade (Fred) Miller, both of Wapakoneta, and Gregg Flynn, of Columbus; and special grandparents, Wayne and Trish Nester, of Wapakoneta.
Services will begin at 4 p.m. Sunday at Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, Wapakoneta. The Rev. Patrick Sloneker will officiate.
Friends may call from 2 p.m. until time of services Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Give Kids The World or Make a Wish Foundation in Ohio, Kentucky or Indiana.
