Agnes W. Horstman

Ottoville
Agnes W. Horstman, 89, died the morning of July 24, 2008, at her residence.
She was born Aug. 9, 1918, in Van Wert County to Louis and Emma Brinkman Ricker, who preceded her in death. On Jan. 25, 1947, she married Leo Horstman, who died Aug. 3, 2001.
Mrs. Horstman retired from Philips, Ottawa. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Ottoville, and its Altar Rosary Society. She enjoyed life and dedicated her life to her family.
Survivors include four sons, Tom Horstman, Mike Horstman and Tim (Eileen) Horstman, all of Ottoville, and Paul (Frankie) Horstman, of Clarkston, Mich.; two daughters, Janice (Ron) Horstman, of Ottawa, and Emily (Mark) Snyder, of Lafayette; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a sister, Lucille Horstman, of Fairfield, Tenn.
She was preceded in death by two brothers Rudy and John Ricker.
Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Ottoville. Father John Stites will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Ottoville.
Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday at Love-Heitmeyer Funeral Home, Jackson Township, where a Scripture service will be held at 7:30 p.m.
