Judith "Judy" Hendrickson, 61, died at 3:40 p.m. Jan. 3, 2009, at her residence.

She was born Dec. 12, 1947, in Buckhannon, W.Va., to Frank and Lillian Quick Perrine. Her father preceded her in death; her mother survives in Lima.

Mrs. Hendrickson was a military wife and worked at various places as her husband moved around. She loved to crochet. She attended Lima Baptist Temple.

Survivors also include two sons, Prentice Hendrickson Jr., of Waynesfield, and Blake (Beth) Hendrickson, of Roundup, Mont.; three granddaughters, Sara Hendrickson, of Cridersville, Amber (Paul) Mott, of Wapakoneta, and Brittney Hendrickson, of Roundup, Mont.; three great-granddaughters, Lilie Hendrickson, Jazmane Hendrickson, and Destiny Hendrickson, of Pikeville, Ky.; two brothers, Frank (Linda) Perrine, of Lima, and Robert (Ruby) Perrine, of Pikeville, Ky.; and a sister, Patricia (Forrest) Olsen, of Auburn, Ill.

Services will begin at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Pastor Gary Homan will officiate. Entombment will be in Memorial Park Mausoleum, Lima.

Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
