Harold F. “Jack” Swartz, 84, died at 7:50 a.m. Nov. 15, 2009, at Heritage Manor Nursing Center, Minster.
Services will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima.
Arrangements are by Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen.
