FORT JENNINGS - James C. and Laura Buettner, of Fort Jennings, announce the engagement of their daughter, Catherine A., to Kenneth M. Willey, son of Michael and Kathleen Willey, of Findlay. The couple will exchange wedding vows at 1 p.m., Dec. 13, 2008, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fort Jennings.
