Virginia Ruth Talagrand, 85, of Englewood, Fla., formerly of Ohio City, died Dec. 14, 2009.
She was born March 6, 1924, in Ohio City.
Mrs. Talagrand was a homemaker. She moved to Florida in 1961, where she had a business making drapes in the Englewood area. She had been a member of the Order of Eastern Star in Ohio. She was a member of Englewood United Methodist Church, Englewood, Fla.
Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Army, of Delphos; a son, Gerald Brubaker, of Swarthmore, Pa.; and five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to Englewood United Methodist Church, 700 Dearborn St., Englewood, FL 34223.
