Helen R. Doyle, 77, died at 6:44 a.m. Feb. 13, 2012, at St. Rita's Medical Center.

She was born March 10, 1934, in Scott to Elijah O. and Mildred E. Hartzog Barker, who preceded her in death. She married James P. Doyle, who died March 12, 2004,

Mrs. Doyle was a homemaker and had worked at Dr Pepper, Lima. She loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include four sons, James M. Doyle, David P. Doyle, Robert E. Doyle and Randy L. Doyle, all of Lima; three daughters, Pamela S. (Jim) Hart-Welbaum and Debra K. (Terry) Gross, both of Harrod, and Cathy L. Wickesser, of Hearne, Texas; three brothers, Robert (Penny) Barker, Roger (Beverly) Barker and Sherman Barker, all of Van Wert; a sister, Dorothy Webb, of Lima; and 21 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a granddaughter; a great-grandson; three brothers, Carl, Harry and Gerald Barker; and two sisters, Phyllis Barker and Marjorie Neeley.

Graveside services will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at Preston Cemetery, Alger. Pastor Gregg King will officiate.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Alger.
