Lindsey Jeanne Marie Davis, 25 days, died Feb. 12, 2012, at Lima Memorial Health System .
She was born Jan. 18, 2012, in Lima to Paul E. and Desiree L. Sherer Davis, who survive.
Survivors also include a brother, James; maternal grandparents, Gale Sherer and Shawn (James)Hicks, all of Lima; paternal grandparents, Darrell and Brenda Brooks; paternal great-grandparents, the Rev. Paul Carder and Elizabeth Couins; and six uncles and aunts, Trey Sherer, Jenny Rose Hicks, Jeremy (Lisa) Merrison, Travis Brooks, Jessica (Scott) Crisp and Teddy Hughet.
She was preceded in death by paternal great-grandparents, Lottie Carder, John Collins, Silas and Lena Brooks, and Gale Davis; maternal great-grandparents, Gale and Maxine Sherer, and James and Patricia Noeltner; and paternal grandfather, Kelvin Davis.
Services will begin at 4 p.m. Friday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. The Rev. Paul Carder will officiate. Burial will be in Riverview Memory Gardens, Defiance.
Friends may call from 2 p.m. until time of services Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family for expenses.
