Dispositions/April 28

Ricardo D. Mack, 42, of 429 E. Fourth St., three counts of trafficking in crack cocaine. Sentence: 18 months prison, pay $510 restitution.

 

Wallace Lampkins, 32, of 935 Rice Ave., found guilty of trafficking in crack cocaine. Sentence: six months prison, pay $1,300 restitution.

 

Gary A. McBride, 30, of 740 S. Pine St., found guilty of robbery. Sentence: one year prison, pay $736 restitution.


 Disposition/April 23

Jason L. Simpson, 27, of 1435 Northbrook Drive, found guilty of possession of powder cocaine. Sentence: three years probation, 30 days jail.


 Disposition/April 16

Michael Ford, 35, of 1206 E. Second St., found guilty of receiving stolen property. Sentence: three years probation, 45 days jail.


 Disposition/April 15

Derek S. Foust, 22, of 614 Shock Ave., No. 16, found guilty of theft. Sentence: three years probation, pay $999 restitution.


 Disposition/April 14

Raimie Ankney, 35, of 1510 N. West St., found guilty of falsification and attempted theft by deception. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, 40 hours community service, pay $935 restitution.


 Disposition/April 10

Michael C. Long, 54, of 1212 Bellefontaine Ave., found guilty of carrying concealed weapon. Sentence: two years probation, referred to Mental Health Court, weapon forfeited.


 Dispositions/April 9

Marcus Gant, 19, of 2160 N. Circle Drive, Apt. D, found guilty of two counts of burglary. Sentence: six years prison, 145 days credit.

 

Roger Saylor, 48, of 455 Hazel Ave., found guilty of domestic violence. Sentence: 18 months prison, 65 days credit.

 

Robert Lones, 34, of 400 S. Atlantic Ave., found guilty of possession of cocaine. Sentence: two years probation, referred to WORTH Center, cash seized.

 

Sean Messer, 41, of 430 N. Cool Road, found guilty of attempted burglary and theft. Sentence: four years prison, pay $3,130 restitution, eight days credit.


 Dispositions/April 7

Dennis M. Music Jr., 22, of 5361 Sandusky Road, found guilty of attempted burglary. Sentence: four years probation, referred to WORTH Center, pay $1,000 restitution.

 

Thomas Terry, 52, of 412 N. Baxter St., found guilty of possession of crack cocaine and carrying concealed weapon. Sentence: 18 months prison.
