Allen County Common Pleas Court indictments for August

An Allen County grand jury returned 11 public indictments this month. Those indicted and their charges:

Donald R. Purdy, of 312 S. Canal, Spencerville, failure to provide change of address.

Jessica S. Johnson, 19, of 1899 Karif Circle, theft.

Nickie D. Craft, 44, of 1800 Reservoir Road, burglary and possession of criminal tools.

Leroy D. Foster, 25, of 803 Runyan Ave., burglary and domestic violence.

Doug Lee Johnson, 24, of 1580 N. Adams St., three counts of trafficking in marijuana.

Matthew J. Krendl, 45, of 837 E. Eighth St., Delphos, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Kristy F. Vermilyen, 22, of 111 Cam Court, No. 15, theft from elderly.

Timothy M. Vaclavik, 23, of Hobart, Ind., two counts of receiving stolen property.

Brandon C. Johns, 21, of Belle Center, resisting arrest.

Deangelo M. Johnson, 18, of 611 Dingledine Ave., Apt. 2, robbery, two counts of burglary and aggravated robbery.

Richard L. Stoneburner Jr., 18, of 7903 N. West St., Elida, robbery.
