Allen County grand jury indictments

An Allen County grand jury returned 15 public indictments this week. Those indicted and their charges are:

Courtney R. Cheney, 19, of 1868 Jo Jean Road, two counts of receiving stolen property and two counts of forgery.

Gian L. Avery, 25, of 2971 Elijah Parkway, burglary, vandalism and possession of criminal tools.

Latravius L. Totty, 18, of 230 1/2 N. Metcalf St., burglary.

Emaculette E. Smith, 34, of 430 Orena Ave., burglary.

Tyre W. Jackson, 41, of 711 E. Kibby St., burglary.

Vanessa J. Wallen, 24, of 227 W. Clime, No. 63, Delphos, seven counts of passing bad checks.

Austin B. Conaway, 27, of 1603 W. Robb Ave., Lot. 6, aggravated robbery with a gun and theft of drugs.

Robert L. Garcia, 34, of 2546 W. Market St., Apt. D, two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and sexual imposition.

Derrick A. Brooks, 29, of 633 Acadia Road, Spencerville, two counts of receiving stolen property.

Gregory Reynolds, 43, of 833 Holmes Ave., three counts of breaking and breaking, and theft.

Melisa A. Hilgert, 32, of 116 S. Metcalf St., two counts of burglary.

Edmund R. Williams, 28, of 124 N. Jameson Ave., aggravated burglary.

Rusty L. Armentrout, 34, of 667 S. Elizabeth St., domestic violence.

David S. Judd, 32, of 748 1/2 N. Elizabeth St., breaking and entering, and grand theft.

Larisco L. Little, 28, of 849 W. Elm St., domestic violence.
