Allen County grand jury indictments

The Allen County grand jury returned 14 public indictments this week. Those indicted and their charges are:

Clinton A. Hoseclaw, 27, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and rape.

Michael W. Lewis, 30, of 131 Haller St., domestic violence and felonious assault.

Colt A. Morris, 24, of 1337 Berry Road, breaking and entering, theft and two counts of receiving stolen property.

Nicholas A. Rinaldi, 44, of 637 N. Main St., four counts of trafficking in cocaine and one count of possession of cocaine.

Leann D. Kinnaird, 40, of 733 Delphos Ave., theft and forgery.

Frank A. Hardy, 54, of 1500 Karen St., having weapons under disability and carrying a concealed weapon.

Kyle L. Horton, 35, robbery.

Keith W. McKenzie, 44, of 453 Charles St., Spencerville, breaking and entering.

James E. Fisher, 41, of 712 S. Atlantic Ave., possession of cocaine with specification.

Cleveland Branch Jr., 27, of 629 S. Union St., three counts of rape with specifications and five counts of gross sexual imposition.

Jermaine C. Jones, 21, of 803 W. Spring St., theft.

Roger L. Morris, 54, of 619 E. Fourth St., failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

Lindsay R. Jones, 20, of 140 Paradise Place, harassment with a bodily substance.

Paulette D. McNeal, 33, of 102 1/2 N. Jameson Ave., two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence and one count of escape.
