Dolores and Jesus Cortez

LIMA — Mr. and Mrs. Jesus Cortez, of Lima, celebrated 50 years of marriage Dec. 24, 2011. A trip was taken to Branson, Mo.
Cortez and the former Dolores Lopez were married Dec. 24, 1961, in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico.
They are the parents of two sons, Juan (Tina) Cortez, of Cridersville and Jaime Cortez, of Lima; and two daughters, Martha (Rusty Hill) Mayer and Monica Cortez, both of Lima. They have eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Cortez is retired from Kalida Manufacturing. His wife is a homemaker.
