Vivian Nadine Collins, 72, died at 8:50 a.m. Nov. 9, 2009, at VanCrest Health Care Center, Convoy.
Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert. The Rev. Dr. Jody Harr will officiate. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
