Allen County Grand Jury for May

An Allen County grand jury returned 13 public indictments Thursday. Those indicted and their charges were:

Robert A. Tobias, 42, of 209 S. Baxter St., burglary.

Kevin E. Lewis, 41, of 616 S. Prospect Ave., burglary and robbery.

Robert C. Parker, 41, of 216 E. Wayne St., petty theft.

Kakuan D. Rumph, 32, of 1420 Leland Ave., three counts of trafficking in cocaine and one count of permitting drug abuse.

Arthur V. Upshaw, 34, of 618 E. Fifth St., burglary and theft.

Jarvis C. Lewis, 19, of 301½ McPheron Ave., three counts of burglary and one count of receiving stolen property.

Curtis L. Newell, 29, of 217 S. Collett St., possession of marijuana and permitting drug abuse.

Tari J. Tippie, 34, of 908 S. Bredeick St., Delphos, four counts of deception to obtain dangerous drugs.

Scott M. Moore, 33, of 2225 N. Cable Road, two counts of theft.

Willie D. Knight, 27, of 818 N. Cole St., possession of cocaine with forfeiture specification, carrying concealed weapon, having weapons under disability, permitting drug abuse, receiving stolen property and assault on a peace officer.

Andrea Powell, 31, of 776 Sixth St., Findlay, deception to obtain dangerous drugs.

Joseph W. Page, 30, of 945 Brice Ave., assault on a peace officer.

Jacob L. Stevens, 29, of 405 E. College Ave., grand theft of motor vehicle.
