Larry Louis Baker Jr., 61, died at 9:15 p.m. July 18, 2010, at Otterbein Care Center, Cridersville.
He was born July 13, 1949, in Lima to Larry Lee and Blanche Daugherty Baker, who preceded him in death.
Mr. Baker had been a custodian. He had been a youth leader for Pathfinder at Seventh-day Adventist Church. He was a 1970 graduate of Lima Senior High School.
Survivors include four siblings, Bruce (Evelyn) Baker, of Lima, Todd (Karla) Baker, of Florida, Cathy (Gary) Clark, of Lynn, Mo., and Christina (Sam) Hittle, of Grove City; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at Siferd-Orians Funeral Home. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
