Putnam County Common Pleas Court
Jason T. Adams, 31, 524 W. Lima St., Findlay, pleaded guilty to rape. He faces up to 11 years in prison and $20,000 in fines. Bond was continued until a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 8:30 a.m. July 24. Dustin A. Boroff, 23, 21548 Road 122, Oakwood, pleaded guilty to disrupting pubic service. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was set at $50,000 cash/surety, and sentencing was set for 1:15 p.m. July 27.
Bobby J. Risner, 50, Box 58, Dupont, was sentenced to 90 days jail for contempt. All but 20 was suspended and the jail sentence is to be served immediately.
Elaine Wrasman-Kreiling, Pandora, was granted a divorce from James H. Kreiling, Pandora. They were married Feb. 22, 2003 in Ashville, N.C., and have two children.
Putnam County Municipal Court
Brian A. Plescher, 41, 1570 N. Perry St., Lot 3, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to an amended charge of first-offense OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, $750 fine, and two-year license suspension, with 174 days jail and $375 suspended and credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP program. A charge of failure to control was dismissed.
Dennis D. Zarse, 68, 4450 State Route 22/3 West, Wilmington, charged with rape, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.
Daniel Leal, 52, 1570 N. Perry St., Lot 63, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, $250 fine,with 30 days jail and $100 suspended. He was also fined $100 for failure to maintain control. Judgments/June 3
United Guaranty Commercial Insurance of N Carolina, Cincinnati, default judgment v. Jamie Yant, Continental, and Brian Yant, Dupont, $5,545.30, plus interest of $82.94, plus interest and costs.
Steven E. Brooker, Jr., 35, 938 Central Ave., Findlay, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension in violation of license restriction. Sentence: 180 days jail, $250 fine, with 180 days jail and $150 suspended and 32 hours community service.
