Each general election, The Lima News provides this section profiling the candidates and issues. The Lima News sent questionnaires to every candidate in Allen, Auglaize, Hardin, Putnam and Van Wert counties for this election section. Candidates had the opportunity to give biographical information and discuss major issues in their races. Candidates also had an option to submit a photograph. Only names and residences identify candidates who did not return a questionnaire. She has more than 14 years experience in wastewater treatment and is very well-versed in many aspects of utility management. She oversaw the design, construction and startup of the cityís new (2006) state-of-the-art wastewater treatment facility with her staff, and as such she is well versed in utility project management. She also had to develop a sound rapport with the administration and elected officials and as such knows who she will be working with very well.Education: Masterís degree in organizational management in 2007, Bluffton University; bachelorís degree in biology in 1996, University of Toledo; Delphos Jefferson in 1992.Years living in area: Resident of Delphos for the past 33 years.
