FORT JENNINGS — A fire caused a total loss at a pole barn between Fort Jennings and Delphos Monday morning.The Putnam County Sheriff's Office received several 911 reports of a structure fire at 4:07 a.m. at 24621 Road T, between Fort Jennings and Delphos.The first call was a resident advising the property, a 40-foot-by-60-foot pole barn, was fully engulfed and very near to the residence, which is owned by Nate Rostorfer. Everyone at the residence escaped. The pole barn and all its contents, which included some vehicles, a recreational vehicle and other miscellaneous items, were a total loss. Firefighters were able to prevent damage to the house.The cause of the fire was undetermined Monday.
