LIMA — Rhodes State College is offering the 120 hours of required training to take the state’s real estate license exam.
The college’s Real Estate Practice and Appraisal class covers general background knowledge of real estate law and terminology, practice and procedures. That class will meet from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from Jan. 6 to Feb. 10.
The Real Estate Law and Finance class studies the areas of law related to real estate sales. That class will meet from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from Feb. 17 to Mar. 27.
