Putnam County Common Pleas Court

Dec. 18

John C. Nash, 29, 9399 Road 5-H, Leipsic, was sentenced to the WORTH Center for burglary. He was placed on three years community control and given credit for 88 days served. A charge of criminal damaging/endangering was dismissed.

Donald J. Dickey, 46, 402 E. Elm St., Belmore, pleaded guilty to two counts felony non-support. He faces up to 24 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9:30 a.m. Jan. 28. He was originally charged with four counts non-support.

Andrew Tate, 18, 201 S. High St., Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 30 days jail for an amended charge of theft of drugs. He was given credit for time served, placed on two years community control and must undergo outpatient therapy.

Dec. 19

Joshua D. Niese, Ottawa, and Nichole D. Niese, Leipsic, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married July 1, 2009 in Findlay, and have two children.

Troy A. Harshman, Columbus Grove, was granted legal separation from Jessica R. Harshman, Columbus Grove. They were married May 27, 1996, in Columbus Grove, and have one child.

Dec. 23

John M. Uzubell, 34, 9903 N. Fourth Of July Ave., Syracuse, Indiana, pleaded guilty to failure to comply. Sentence: 180 days jail, 173 days suspended, $150 fine. He was also fined $25 for right of way/left turn.
