Putnam County Common Pleas Court dispositions

Aug. 5

Sheila A. Korte, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from William E. Korte, Ottawa. They were married Feb. 13, 2004 in Ottawa, and have two children.

Aug. 6

Kelsey R. Bradley, 24, 1350 N. Locust St., Apt. 408, Ottawa, was sentenced to 30 days jail for burglary and theft over $1,000. She was given credit for one day served, placed on three years community control, must obtain a GED and employment and pay restitution of $1,072.02 to the victim and undergo Family Responsibility counseling.

Mark L. Leist, 66, 400 W. Main St., Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 24 months in prison for felonious assault (attempt). He was given credit for 117 days served, placed on three years community control and must sign over the title of a Buick Park Avenue to Imm’s Towing.

Christopher D. Frey, 32, 206 Riley St., Pandora, was sentenced to the WORTH Center for illegal assembly or possession for manufacture of drugs and possession of drugs. He was given credit for 63 days served and placed on three years community control. His license was suspended for six months and he must attend either an AA or NA group meeting.

Aug. 7

Gregory Newhouse, 32, 215 N. Broadway St., Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 10 days jail for felony non-support. He was given credit for two days served and placed on three years community control. He must obtain a GED and employment.

Paul J. Keasler, 38, Orient, was granted judicial release and sentenced to the WORTH Center. He was placed on 12 months community control and must pay restitution of $440 and $529.99. He was originally convicted of grand theft of a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property.

Christopher N. Kaminski, 30, 2150 N. McCord. Apt. E87, Toledo, was sentenced to 40 days jail for theft of checks. He was given credit for 15 days served and placed on three years community control and must pay restitution of $2,715.34. He must maintain employment and obtain a valid operator’s license within one year.

Edward L. Ladd, Ottawa, and Constance J. Ladd, Lima, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married June 28, 2002, in Ottawa and have no children.

Eric E. Frost, Ottawa, and Cynthia S. Frost, Ottawa, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married in Ottawa and have no children.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

July 28

Dashaun L. Callahan, Sr., 44, 1147 N. Stevick Road, Elida, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. Sentence: $150 fine. A charge of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Jason A. Butler, 23, 625 E. Broadway St., Leipsic, pleaded no contest to criminal trespass and was found guilty. Sentence: $250 fine.

July 29

Joshua M. Dawson, 23, 20631 Road P, Kalida, pleaded no contest to assault and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $250 fine, complete assessment at Pathways

Counseling Center and abide by recommendations, six months probation and banned from Wibbys Sports Bar for two years. He also pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine.

July 31

Ronald L. Sanchez, 48, 712 W. Sugar St., Leipsic, pleaded no contest to drug possession and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension. He also was fined $100 for reckless operation, $100 for no motorcycle endorsement and $50 for speeding.

Reyna C. Romero, 30, 2890 E. 12th St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. Sentence: $100 fine.

Benjamin J. Sanders, 38, 23103 Road M, Cloverdale, pleaded no contest to assault and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, 178 days suspended, $100 fine, complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center and abide by recommendations, six months probation and pay $426.27 restitution to the victim and have no contact with victim for two years.

Aug. 5

Ryan J. Greve, 29, 1939 N. Defiance St., Lot 14, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of no operator’s license. Sentence: $150 fine.

Aug. 7

Dawn M. Heller, 40, 18417 Road B13, Continental, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. Sentence: 180 days jail, 90 days suspended, $250 fine, $150 suspended, one year probation.
