Perry’s Poling passes 1,000 career points in victory

PERRY TOWNSHIP — Jared Poling had 34 points, surpassing 1,000 in his varsity career, as Perry defeated Riverside 73-49 in a Northwest Central Conference boys basketball game Friday night.

Teammate Jakoby Lane-Harvey scored 20.

Columbus Grove 55, Delphos Jefferson 50

DELPHOS — Tanner From had 10 points for Columbus Grove in its Northwest Conference overtime victory. Trey Smith scored 22 and Jace Stockwell scored 10 for the host Wildcats.

Delphos St. John’s 56, Fort Recovery 40

DELPHOS — Andy Grothouse had 19 points and Alex Odenwaller scored 13 for the host Blue Jays. Kyle Schroer led Fort Recovery with 12 points.

SHERWOOD — Gabe Williams had 19 points and Derek Troyer scored 12 for Continental.

FORT JENNINGS — Austin Kehres had 15 ponts and Connor Wallenhorst scored 14 against Putnam County opponent Ottoville.

NEW BREMEN — Carson Manger scored 15 points for the host Cardinals and Brody Adams led Parkway with eight points in a Midwest Athletic Conference match-up.

DOLA — Zach Wilhelm led Hardin Northern with 14 points.

VAN WERT — Noah Bramlage scored 25 and Jordan Verhoff and Zach Kuhlman had 12 and 10 points respectively for the Titans in their Western Buckeye League victory. Conner Holliday led the Cougars with 22 points.

Paulding 54, Spencerville 41

PAULDING — Alex Arellano led Paulding with 24 points. Zach Goecke scored 14 and Dakota Prichard had 11 points for Spencerville.

St. Marys 78, Shawnee 62

SHAWNEE TOWNSHIP — Derek Jay scored 23 and Josh Young and Quinn Zaerr had 19 points each for St. Marys. JaQuan Tucker had 31 points and Jaden O’Neal scored 19 in a WBL match-up.

LEIPSIC — Ross Mangas scored 10 as Leipsic outscored Arlington 12-8 in the final quarter to get the victory.

VERSAILLES — Shane Topp had 19 points and Andrew Arnett scored 10 in the MAC contest.

HARROD — Justis Dowdy scored 22 and Hayden Ludwig had 17 points for Lincolnview. Jacob Sherrick led Allen East with 10 points in the Northwest Conference meeting.

CONVOY — Connor Lautzenheiser had 26 points and Mitchell Rickard scored 10 for Crestview.
