HANCOCK COUNTY — One person was injured after an accident Wednesday in Delaware Township in Hancock County.
At 2:40 p.m. Rodney Spade, 48, of Arlington, was traveling southbound on township Road 191 before stopping at the county Road 273 intersection. He then drove into the path of Brett Brown, 16, of Mount Blanchard, traveling eastbound in a 1998 Chevrolet Blazer.
Spade was not injured, but Brown was transported to Blanchard Valley Hospital in Findlay with non-life threatening injuries. Spade was issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign.
