LIMA - Gas prices in Ohio are down seven cents from their levels a week ago, according to prices reported on OhioGasPrices.com.
The average price of a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline was $3.554 on Monday morning, down from $3.625 last week and $3.84 a month ago. It's still above last year's level of $3.382.
Prices in the region are below the statewide average Monday morning, according to the website's gas price heat map. Average prices in Allen and Hardin counties were $3.36 or below.The Sam's Club on Greely Chapel Road in Lima had one of the lowest prices in the state Monday morning, at $3.25.
Prices were between $3.36 and $3.41 in Putnam County. Prices in Auglaize and Van Wert counties were $3.47 to $3.52.
Ohio is below the national average of $3.648.
