DELPHOS — Mayor Michael Gallmeier and park superintendent Craig Mansfield have announced that hours at the city’s swimming pool will be reduced for its final week of operation for this year, starting Monday. The revised pool hours will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Single tickets are $5.

Gallmeier and Mansfield cite cooler weather and staffing shortages as the reasons for the reduction. The last date the pool will be open this season will be Aug. 24.
