League honors Bluffton’s McFarlin

BLUFFTON — Bluffton University sophomore MacKenzie McFarlin was recently named the Heartland Collegiate Player of the Week on offense for her work at the Sommer Center Spiketacular during the weekend.

She led Bluffton to a 4-0 start while winning the Sommer Center Spiketacular. The outside hitter had a conference-best 56 kills and 15 errors for a .301 hitting percentage. McFarlin added seven service aces, 24 digs and two block assists for a total of 64 points.
