The Marching Indians Band of Wauseon High School proceeded on West Elm Street in a light mist, as they head towards the Wauseon Union Cemetery as the city marks Memorial Day.

The Wauseon High School Class of 2015 was accepted by the board of education, had completed all the requirements set before them and received their diplomas Sunday. Ellie Hayati was the senior class president. The class gift was money for the high school to purchase a Chromebook charging station.

SWCD hosted FFA environmental competition

Fulton County SWCD hosted the Area 1 Envirothon on Wednesday, April 22, at 4-H Camp Palmer in Fayette. Delta FFA Gold and Wauseon FFA No. 1 placed fourth and fifth, respectively, out of 58 teams. This year's theme was “Urban / Community Forestry.” With an increasing amount of people of all ages becoming more educated and involved in act
