City of Delaware offices will be closed Thursday and Friday in observance of Thanksgiving. Residential refuse, recycling and yard waste crews will be utilizing the “next-day” collection schedule on Friday and Saturday. For households, this means Thursday and Friday collections will be made the day following your normal collection day.
Rumpke waste and recycling collection will not occur on Thanksgiving Day. Service will be delayed one day during the rest of the holiday week.
