SHAWNEE TOWNSHIP — Police are asking for help in identifying a woman using a stolen debit card at various stores.


The woman has used the card to make hundreds of dollars in purchases. The video shows the woman at Meat City in Lima. She has used the card for at least three days this month, Shawnee Township Police Department Det. Don Marik said.


In the video, the clerk can be seen taking the sack of groceries back from the woman after the card was declined. The woman left the store in a 1990s model Pontiac Bonneville, burgundy in color.


Anyone with information on the identity of the woman should contact Shawnee Township Police at 419-227-1115 or Crime Stoppers at 419-229-STOP (7867).
