Wauseon boys capture 300 in baker game, girls beat PH

The Wauseon boys picked up a win against Patrick Henry on Friday as they had a group of bowlers get a 300 in the baker game.

Accomplishing that feat was Peyten Shadbolt, Clayton Ricker, Noah Stickley, Kevin Moden and Nic Kearney. Their 300 helped propel the boys team to a 2647-2309 defeat of the Patriots.

Kearney, Shadbolt and Stickley each had a combined score of over 400 between two games. Kearney led them with 458, Shadbolt 410 and Stickley 408. With the win, the Indians move to 5-2 on the season.

Girls win, 1793-1647

The girls team improved to 2-4 with their victory over the Patriots.

The Indians were led by Courtney Fenton who finished with a combined 313. Backing up Fenton was Nicky Winland with a 299 and Rylee Ford with 283.
