Where do you find a good mayor?
When you ask the right question, you may get the right answer. Who would be the best person to have the main leadership role in Lima?
My answer would be a man (with a team) that can run the city’s financial affairs in a prudent manner. My answer would be a man (with a team) who can save 12,000 jobs since 1994 in large industries such as the tank plant, the refinery, Ford Motor, and in small businesses too. My answer would be a man (with a team) who can bring in $27 million to our city for projects our city needs. My answer would be a man (with a team) who has the foresight and forward thinking vision to build the largest reservoir in the area to serve future industry that will come our way.
A man who has centered his life around the people of my town, Lima. A man who works tirelessly in Lima, Columbus, and Washington, D.C., for the betterment of our people. A man who has received the Local Public Service Award from the National Association of Clean Water Agencies. A man who has received national awards from the U.S. Conference of Mayors for his work in several areas.
Where do we find such a chief executive officer for our town, Lima? We have him right now. He is working for us right now. Recognize his ability and dedication and then vote for David J. Berger for mayor one more time (and his team too).
