LIMA



Sharon Sue Bowersock, 69, walked through the gates of heaven at 3 p.m. May 22, 2013, at St. Rita’s Medical Center.



She was born Jan. 6, 1944, in Auglaize County, to the late Raymond and Alma Wortman Reineke. She was formerly married to Vernon R. Bowersock.



Mrs. Bowersock was a retired painter and loved to spend time with her family especially her grandbabies.



Survivors include two children, Tim Bowersock, of Lima, and Vickie S. (Gregg) Williams,of Lima; eight grandchildren, Justin (Brooke), Jeremy, Tiffany, Cheyenne, Angelica and Chelsea Bowersock, Aubrey Williams and Kyle Hall, 12 great-grandchildren; three sisters, June Davies, of Wapakoneta, Sandy (John) Eilerman, of Minster, and Susan (Gale) John, of Buckland; a half sister, Laurie Cottrell, of Cridersville.



She was preceded in death by a daughter, Lisa A. Hall; a grandson, Nathan Hall; two brothers, Lee R. Reineke and Bud R. Reineke; and a sister, Lois Brown.



Memorial services will begin at 11 a.m. today at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 302 E. Pearl St., Wapakoneta. The Rev. Mark Bauer will officiate.



A gathering will follow the service today at the church.



Memorial contributions may be made to the children.
