BLUFFTON - Bluffton schools won renewal for its 0.5 percent income tax in Tuesday's election.

With all seven precincts counted, 77.8 4 percent of voters approved the permanent improvement income tax for three years.

The issue raises an estimated $600,000, which helps the district maintain and update its facilities, Superintendent Greg Denecker said before the election.
